It is recommended to arrive at the gate no later than 10:15 a.m., Tuesday, to attend the event as gate processing may take 5–10 minutes. NAVAL STATION NEWPORT, R.I. — Coast Guard Cutter Campbell (WMEC 909) is scheduled to hold a change-of-command ceremony, Tuesday, at 11 a.m. on Naval Station Newport.
