“Within one year of the date of this order, the Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, in consultation with the Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, Attorney General, and Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, shall provide a status report to the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism on the implementation of this order.
