Headline: Gary Man Sentenced To 70 Months In Prison
HAMMOND- Cordell McIntosh, age 35, of Gary, Indiana, was sentenced by United States District Judge Joseph S. Van Bokkelen for being a felon in possession of a firearm, U.S. Attorney Thomas L. Kirsch II.
McIntosh was sentenced to 70 months imprisonment followed by 36 months of supervision.
According to documents in the case, McIntosh illegally possessed a .380 caliber semi-automatic pistol after having been convicted of felonies in federal and state court.
The case was investigation by the ATF. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Nicholas J. Padilla.
