Whitehorse RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 55-year-old Christopher John Delaney for a firearms incident which occurred the evening of January 25, 2026 in Whitehorse.
Christopher Delaney is wanted by police for charges including assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and pointing a firearm.
Mr. Delaney is described as having a fair complexion, approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 110 pounds. He has dark brown eyes and straight, short dark brown hair. He is often unshaven.
He may be driving a green, 2011 Dodge Ram pickup truck. The included photo is a representation only and does not depict the suspect’s actual vehicle. It reflects the type of vehicle the suspect may be operating.
If you see Mr. Delaney or know his whereabouts, please contact your local police detachment immediately. Do not approach him.
