Prince District RCMP is investigating a fatal single vehicle SUV crash that occurred on Route 2 in St. Peter & St. Paul, West Prince.
November 28, 2025, at approximately 4:20 a.m., Prince District RCMP, Tignish Fire Department, and Island EMS, responded to a single-vehicle crash on Route 2 in St. Peter & St. Paul, just north of Profit’s Corner.
The driver, a man in his 20’s went to hospital with serious injuries and the passenger a woman in her 40’s was declared deceased at the scene, the investigation is ongoing.
Route 2 was closed for several hours, as a traffic reconstructionist attended the scene. The road has since reopened.
