Media Advisory: U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Waesche to dock in Honolulu following joint operations with Japan Coast Guard, Philippine Coast Guard

WHO:  Capt. Tyson Scofield, commanding officer U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Waesche (WMSL-751), Cutter Waesche crew, Japan Coast Guard members, Philippine Coast Guard members WHAT: The crew of U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Waesche is slated to make a port call in Honolulu following a 112-day patrol in the Indo-Pacific. Japan Coast Guard and Philippine Coast Guard members who participated in an exchange program aboard the Waesche will disembark during a ceremony after the cutter moors. Media are invited to watch the Waesche and crew moor at Pearl Harbor and interview U.S., Japan and Philippine Coast Guard members about the patrol and the exchange program. WHERE: Berth B25, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, 1000 North Rd, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96860     WHEN: Saturday, Aug. 3 at 2 p.m.
