Police have located the stolen 2021 CF Moto side by side, taken on May 20 from Bayshore Estates in Bay Roberts.
The ATV was located and seized at a residential property in Conception Harbour by Holyrood RCMP on May 22, 2024.
A 46-year-old Conception Harbour man was arrested and will appear in court at a later date to answer to charges of possession of stolen property.
