Around noon May 2, 2024, Moose Jaw RCMP received a report of a collision in the eastbound lanes of Highway #1 approximately seven kilometers east of Moose Jaw. Initial investigation has determined a black SUV collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer unit pulling a farm implement. The lone adult male driver of the SUV was transported to hospital for treatment of injuries. The lone adult male driver of the tractor-trailer unit did not report any injuries to police. The road was cleared by 1:30 p.m.
