Woodstock First Nation  — 26-year-old man arrested on warrants

A 26-year-old man from Lower Brighton, N.B., has been arrested on outstanding warrants on Woodstock First Nation.

On April 2, 2024, members of the Western Valley Region RCMP, along with RCMP’s Police Dog Services, arrested a male suspect in an establishment on Woodstock First Nation.

On April 2, Nicholas Carl Manzer appeared in Woodstock Provincial Court and was charged with resisting arrest. He was remanded into custody, and is scheduled to return to court at a later date.

The investigation is ongoing.
