The investigation by Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP into break, enter and thefts that occurred at multiple residential units on White Crescent in late January has resulted in the arrest of one youth and the recovery of some stolen property.
Six apartments were extensively damaged and ransacked, with damages in excess of $200,000. The youth has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime – a television and two fans were recovered.
The investigation is continuing.
