Ingonish Beach — Missing man: Help the RCMP find Cecil Dunphy

Victoria County District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 68-year-old Cecil Dunphy, who was reported missing February 6 in Ingonish Beach.

Dunphy is described as 5-feet, approximately 155 lbs. He’s bald and has hazel eyes. Dunphy is known to wear plaid shirts, blue or red in color, or a safety jacket.

Investigators believe Dunphy may be driving a black 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee bearing the Nova Scotia licence plate FYW946.
