Allardville — 59-year-old man dies following single-snowmobile crash

A 59-year-old man from Allardville, N.B, has died following a single off-road vehicle crash in Allardville, N.B.

On January 25, 2024, shortly after 10:30 a.m., members of the Chaleur Region RCMP detachment responded to a report of a single off-road vehicle crash on a trail near Dunn Street, in Allardville. The driver and sole occupant of the snowmobile died at the scene as a result of his injuries.

The crash is believed to have occurred when the snowmobile collided with a moose.

The investigation is ongoing.
