Update: Police have obtained a new photo of Richard Allen Gallant from November 18, 2023, at a bank on Main Street, in Moncton. Police are releasing the photo to the public in hopes that someone may have information that could help locate him. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400.

The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 66-year-old man from Moncton, N.B.
Richard Allen Gallant was last seen on November 17th, 2023, at approximately 9:30 a.m. on Paul Street in Dieppe. He was reported missing to the police on December 22. Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate him, but have so far been unsuccessful. Police and his family are concerned for his wellbeing.
Richard Allen Gallant is described as being approximately 5 feet 3 inches (163 centimetres) tall, and weighing approximately 165 pounds (75 kilograms). He has green eyes, grey hair and a moustache. He was last seen wearing a long black rain jacket.
