An indictment, filed today in Superior Court, charges Tyriq Jamal Williams, 32, of Northwest Washington D.C, with first degree murder while armed in the Jan. 7, 2023, shooting death of 20-year-old Terry Clark outside the entrance to the Navy Yard Metro Station.
