On Wednesday, September 27, 2023, Mary’s Harbour and Cartwright RCMP Detachments conducted a joint traffic patrol on Route 510. Officers are pleased to report that more than 25 vehicles were checked and all drivers were operating in accordance with the Highway Traffic Act.
Regular patrols will continue on Route 510 to ensure the safety of the motoring public. The RCMP reminds drivers to drive safely, obey posted speed limits and to drive with caution in construction zones. In addition, with fall upon us and colder weather quickly approaching, please adjust driving habits to suit road and weather conditions.
