Spokane, WA – On April 15th, 2025, the United States Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF) located and arrested Marshall Foster, 60. Foster was wanted out of Forsyth County, North Carolina for allegedly molesting his adopted daughter, who is physically disabled. On 4/10/2025, the General Court of Justice in Forsyth County, North Carolina, issued an active felony arrest warrant for Forcible Sexual Rape of a Minor in the Second Degree. Foster was booked into Spokane County Jail, pending extradition proceedings.
