Burnaby RCMP is seeking public assistance in locating Taya Haines-Wycotte, who was reported missing on January 9, 2026.

Taya was last seen on January 8, 2026.

Description of Taya Haines-Wycotte:

  • Indigenous youth
  • Slender build
  • 16 years old
  • 5 ft 4 in (163 cm)
  • 110 lbs (50 kg)
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes

She was last seen wearing:

  • Black hoodie
  • Black pants

Taya is known to spend time in Burnaby and Surrey.
