Three people have been charged with conspiracy to rob following a proactive Flying Squad operation.
Stephen Hand, 26 (26.08.98) of Thames Road, Dartford, Alexander Emmerich, 26 (17.4.98) of Thames Road, Dartford, and Hannah Sims, 28, (04.01.97) of Medway Road, Dartford are due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 25 January.
The charges relate to alleged incidents at a shop in Gilbert Road, Belvedere, and another in Kent.
The first incident took place on Monday, 6 January when a man, said to be armed with a handgun, entered the shop and threatened staff. He made off with a quantity of cash.
On Tuesday, 14 January a man allegedly entered the same shop in possession of a firearm and attempted another armed robbery but was deterred by staff.
On Thursday 23 January two men and a woman robbed a shop in Stanhope Road, Swancombe, Kent, allegedly threatening the shopkeeper with a firearm. They were intercepted by officers as they made off with goods, arrested and taken into custody.
Two men and a woman have now been charged as above.
No shots were fired in any of the incidents.
