On January 15, 2025, at approximately 7:15 pm, Dauphin RCMP received a report of an armed robbery at a business on Main Street in Dauphin.
Officers responded immediately and learned the male suspect had stolen cash, and threatened the employee with a hunting knife.
The employee was not physically injured in the incident.
Manitoba RCMP Police Dog Services (PDS), and Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) assisted officers with the search for the suspect who had fled on foot, but he was not located.
The suspect is described as being 5’7″ tall, and was wearing all black clothing including a balaclava.
