Update : Colin McNeil has been arrested.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 34-year-old Colin McNeil of St. John’s in relation to charges laid by Deer Lake RCMP.
McNeil is charged with the following offences:
- Uttering threats – two counts
- Breach of a court release order
