Bell Island RCMP is looking to arrest 37-year-old Francis Mercer.
Mercer, who is currently on conditions not to be on Bell Island, is wanted on charges of perjury and breaching multiple accounts of a release order.
He is described as 5-feet, 11-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. A picture is attached.
