Sheshatshiu RCMP is looking to arrest a wanted man, 23-year-old Dolphin Scott Rich.
Rich is wanted in relation to the following charges:
- Uttering Threats to Property
- Forcible Confinement
- Possession of Incendiary Material (materials designed to cause fires)
An image of Rich is attached. Police believe he could be located in Sheshatshiu, Happy Valley- Goose Bay, or Natuashish.
