ROCKLAND, Maine — The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Eagle (WIX 327), “America’s Tall Ship,” is scheduled to arrive in Rockland Friday. The Eagle will moor at Coast Guard Station Rockland, 54 Tillson Ave, Rockland, ME 04841, and will be open for free public tours.
