PEI RCMP responded to a 9-1-1 call reporting a crash involving a youth driving a motorcycle on Saturday, July 20, 2024.
At approximately 3:45 p.m. on July 20, 2024 PEI RCMP received a 9-1-1 call and responded to a single vehicle crash on the Gladstone Road in the Murray River area. Murray River Fire Department and Island EMS also responded to the incident.
A 14-year-old male youth was the lone rider of the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
