Macdowall — Update: Suspect(s) on foot in St. Louis area – ongoing police investigation

Continued investigation has determined that at approximately 3:45 p.m. on June 21, a male in a vehicle with several passengers in it pointed a possible firearm at another motorist on Highway #11 near Hague, SK. No firearm was discharged and no injuries were reported to police.

As a result of continued efforts by Saskatchewan RCMP’s Prince Albert and Rosthern detachments, Critical Incident Response Team, Police Dog Services and other specialized units, officers located and arrested three individuals later in the evening.

Saskatchewan RCMP continues working to locate a fourth suspect, who is described as a man with a medium build with acne scarring on his face.

The situation was – and continues to be – assessed for imminent risk to public safety. If an imminent risk is determined to exist, we will notify the public.
