On May 27, 2024 at approximately 7:45 p.m., Ponteix RCMP received a report of a single vehicle rollover on a grid road approximately six miles north of Vanguard, SK.
Officers responded immediately along with local EMS. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was declared deceased by EMS at the scene. He has been identified as a 65-year-old male from Vanguard, SK. His family has been notified.
Ponteix RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
