The Chaleur Region RCMP is seeking the public’s help following a suspicious fire in the Belledune area.
On February 22, 2024, after 9 p.m., two individuals were seen walking in front of a residence on Chaleur Street. One of them threw a burning object into the bed of a pickup truck parked in the driveway of the residence, and both suspects then fled the scene. Part of the truck bed was destroyed.
Anyone with information that could help further the investigation is asked to contact the Chaleur Region RCMP at 506-548-7771.
