Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP is investigating a break, enter and theft that occurred between February 9-13, 2024, at the Department of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture on Kessessaskiou Street in Happy Valley-Goose Bay. Two fibreglass sleighs, valued at $1000.00 each, were stolen from a gated yard on the property.
On February 13, 2024, police received the report of the theft. Suspect(s) broke a lock on the gate, entered the yard and stole the two sleighs.
Both sleighs were red in color with the brand “Snow Runner” written on the side. Please see the attached image of a similar sleigh.
The investigation is continuing.
