An arrest warrant has been issued for 43-year-old Owen Blair Barnes for a number of crimes that occurred in the communities of Port Saunders, Port au Choix and Hawkes Bay between December 9-19, 2023.
Barnes, who is actively evading police, is charged and wanted in relation to the following criminal offences:
- Flight from police – two counts
- Theft under $5000.00 – two counts
- Fail to comply with conditions of a court release order – four counts
