Colchester County District RCMP charge a man with multiple offenses in Bible Hill.

On December 21, 2023, at approximately 7:21 p.m., Colchester County District RCMP responded to a report of a possible impaired driver who is also believed to have caused damage to a building on Sipu Rd. in Bible Hill.

Upon arrival, employees were talking with the man inside the building until police could arrive. The man was exhibiting signs of impairment and provided officers with samples into an approved screening device, which resulted in a “fail.”

Initial investigation indicates that the same man accessed several unoccupied areas of the building and caused significant damage to the building and equipment inside.

Officers arrested the man for impaired operation of a conveyance, break and entering, mischief and theft. He was then transported to Bible Hill Detachment.
