Canora — Canora RCMP seeks public assistance locating missing male

On December 20, 2023 at approximately 10:30 a.m., Canora RCMP received a request to perform a well-being check on an adult male at a residence on Roslyn Avenue in Canora.

Officers checked the residence and did not find the adult male. Investigation determined he has not been observed at the residence in several days.

Investigators believe that the male, 67-year-old William “Michael” Neufeld, may be injured and in need of urgent medical attention. They are actively searching for him and ask members of the public to report all sightings and information on his whereabouts.

William “Michael” Neufeld is described as approximately 5’10” and 200 lbs. He has brown eyes and long grey hair. A photo of him is attached.

Investigators believe he may in the Canora area, though is he also known to travel to the Indian Head/Wolseley area. His current whereabouts are unknown.
