Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., spoke with Chairman of the Republic of Korea (ROK) Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Kim Myong-soo yesterday by phone. This was their first call since Adm. Kim became ROK Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
