December 8, 2023, Charlottetown – PEI RCMP arrested two more impaired drivers yesterday, this follows a media release about two impaired driver that were stopped two days ago on December 6.
On December 7, 2023 at 9:25 am an officer with the RCMP Provincial Priority Unit was doing traffic enforcement in Bonshaw when a driver was stopped for speeding. The 34-year-old man failed a roadside screening test and was arrested for impaired driving by alcohol.
On December 7, 2023 at 6:17pm East Prince RCMP responded to a single vehicle crash on Route 2 in Springfield. No one was injured but the 44-year-old woman was arrested for impaired driving by alcohol.
Both drivers are expected in court at a later date to answer to impaired driving charges.
