On November 8, 2023 at approximately 8:20 a.m., La Ronge RCMP received a report of an injured person at a residence in La Ronge.
Officers immediately responded and located an adult male, who was transported to hospital. He was later declared deceased. We are not releasing the deceased male’s name, age or home community at this time.
Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes is now investigating the male’s death as a homicide.
There will be an increased police presence in La Ronge during this investigation.
If investigation determines there is an imminent risk to public safety, we will notify the public.
