As a result of continued investigation, 20-year-old Shawn Herman from La Loche is charged with one count, uttering threats, Section 264.1(1)(a), Criminal Code and one count, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, Section 88(2), Criminal Code.
The weapon related to the above charge has been seized by police.
Shawn Herman has been remanded into custody until his next scheduled appearance in La Loche Provincial Court via CCTV on November 2, 2023.
