Gagetown — RCMP seeking public’s help following mischief incident

The Oromocto RCMP is asking for the public’s help in connection with an incident of mischief in Gagetown, N.B.

The incident occurred sometime between 10:30 p.m. on September 21, and 3:30 a.m. on September 22, 2023, at a school on Loomcroft Lane in Gagetown. One or more individuals on all-terrain vehicles drove through the yard and into the outdoor classroom, causing significant damages to the lawn, and proceeded to light a fire in the outdoor classroom, where they burnt various items including a roof vent that they had ripped off of the building.

Police have followed up on several leads, but have so far been unsuccessful. Police are asking anyone who may have information that could help further the investigation, to please contact the Oromocto RCMP at 506-357-4300. The investigation is ongoing.
