U.S. Coast Guard issues Port Heavy Weather Condition X-RAY for Guam, CNMI

SANTA RITA, Guam — The U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) established Port Heavy Weather Condition X-RAY for the ports of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) as of 10 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023.
