Headline: Appeal for witnesses to collision in Limehouse
Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are appealing for witnesses and information following a serious collision in east London.
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 09:28hrs on Friday, 23 February to reports of a road traffic collision on the A1203 Limehouse Link.
Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended and found that a moped had collided with a stationary lorry.
The moped rider, a man aged in his 30s, was taken to an east London hospital where he remains with serious injuries.
The driver of the lorry stopped at the scene and is assisting police with their enquiries. He has not been arrested.
Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone who has dash cam footage of this incident.
